About This Position

Earth Works is hiring skilled Heavy Equipment Operators for excavation, grading, and utility installation projects. Candidates should have hands-on experience operating excavators, dozers, and GPS-enabled equipment across commercial and industrial job sites.

Responsibilities

Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, and compactors

Perform precision grading using GPS/3D machine control systems

Execute mass earthwork, utility trenching, and site preparation

Read and interpret construction plans and grade stakes

Maintain equipment and perform daily inspections

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience operating heavy equipment

Experience with GPS-guided equipment preferred

Ability to read construction plans

Valid driver's license

OSHA 10 certification preferred
